THESE TERMS COVER THIS WEBSITE, THE FREE AUDIT AND THE FREE BROWSER TOOLS.
Letback is a UK-based business building CRM revenue-recovery tools for UK letting agents. These terms cover use of this website, the free Sleeping Landlord Audit, and initial enquiries. Custom builds are governed by a separate written agreement per project.
The Sleeping Landlord Audit is free, carries no obligation, and is provided as-is for information. Its output is an analysis of the data you supply; it is not financial, legal or valuation advice, and results depend on the quality of your export. The ranked list is yours to keep regardless of whether we work together.
The Win-Back Miner, Compliance Chaser and Rent Review Finder betas run in your browser and are provided as-is, free of charge. Their figures are heuristic estimates from the data you load — fee values, fine exposures and market-rent estimates are indicative, not valuations or legal advice. Verify against source records (and, for rent reviews, current Section 13 / Renters' Rights Act rules) before acting or serving notices.
By sending us a CRM export you confirm you're entitled to share it and that doing so complies with your own privacy obligations to your landlords, applicants and tenants. We handle it as described in our privacy policy, only on your documented instructions.
Scope, price, timelines, IP ownership and support for any tool we build for your agency are agreed in writing before work starts. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to build on particular terms.
Don't misuse this website, attempt to access others' data, or supply us with data you have no right to share.
The website, the free audit and the free browser tools are provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business decisions taken on the basis of the free audit or tool outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you use the site applies. Questions: hello@letback.co.uk.
